Our Lady of Fatima Adult Choir 

 

The Fatima Adult Choir is a four part choral ensemble that sings at one Mass each weekend at Our Lady of Fatima. Under the direction of Our Lady of Fatima's Music Director, Erin Nypaver, the choir covers a wide range of sacred music repertoire in addition to various Mass settings that are used throughout the liturgical year. Adult Handbell Choir 

 

The Adult Handbell Choir plays on Christmas Eve, Easter, and twice a month during Ordinary Time. The handbell choir will begin rehearsing in January, 2015. Members are needed for this ministry to continue. To volunteer, please fill out a form here. Rehearsals are every Thursday from 6:30 - 7:45pm.

 

Children's Choir 

 

 The Children's Choir is a two part ensemble that sings at one Mass twice a month at Our Lady of Fatima.  The choir meets every Wednesday from 4:00 - 4:45pm. All children in third grade and up are welcome to join. A musical background is not necessary, but is encouraged. Fill out a volunteer form here to join.

 

Children's Handbell Choir 

 

  •  The Children's Handbell Choir is a two octave ensemble that rings for Sunday Masses twice a month at Our Lady of Fatima. Both of the children's choirs ring and sing at the same Masses. Rehearsals are every Thursday from 4:00-4:45pm. All children in third grade and up are welcome to join. To sign up, please fill out a volunteer form by clicking here. 

 

 

  

 

Cantors

 

Currently, Our Lady of Fatima has one cantor who alternates between the 10am and 12pm Masses. Cantors are vocalists who are responsible for leading the congregation in song during Mass.  New cantors will be scheduled for Masses on a rotating basis, depending on the number of cantors. For more information on how to become a cantor, please contact the Music Director or fill out a form hereVocal auditions are required. 

 

Music Lessons 

 

Piano and voice lessons are available for children and adults upon request. No previous musical experience is necessary. Contact the Music Director for rates and scheduling.
